Only just a few miles down the road...

One of the things that I love about Edinburgh is the variety. Yesterday I was running on the hills through the trees, today the beach.

Almost perfect running conditions today. It could have been better with a little less sun and the temperature dropping a couple of degrees, but all things considered, a good running day. I find myself a little happier when having to set off wearing gloves.

As I was running, I couldn't help but get excited at the prospect of a snowy winter. If the extended forecast is to be believed, it's going to be a cold, cold, white one. I can't wait! Did I mention how much I love running in the snow?
