Northumberland Dawn
Backblip - July 2007
Set off at midnight to drive the 300 miles to Edinburgh - I love driving at night, especially in the summertime - also means I miss the Edinburgh morning traffic as I get there before it gets too busy!!!
It starts to get light early this time of year and, around 5.00am, the sun starts to come over the horizon - I could see the sky getting red so pulled over to wait for the show to start - and what a show it was ...... obviously the point and shoot was at the ready ........... stunning colours!!!!
Here you have - a blazing dawn sun.
