Today's the day .............................. for the Deception Award

After all my talk yesterday about plants for free, I have to confess that this big leafy plant that I thought was one of my herbaceous perenials is actually - a weed.

Now I know that the definition of a weed is that they are 'plants in the wrong place'.  Well all I can say is that this plant fits the bill perfectly.  It has completely deceived me into thinking that it was a bona fide garden plant that would result in some glorious blooms in due course. 

But I have to award it the Deception Award 2018  for fooling me for so long ..............................
