Bank Holiday

It was Bank Holiday Monday today but it felt like a Sunday so I did my usual drive out and about in the morning. I was feeling restless and couldn't settle to the many jobs at home. We've ended up going to look for a caravan centre that had long since closed.

All days out should include a cup of coffee and a cake, especially if the coffee is free. The garden centre wasn't too busy when we were in so it was nice to look around.

The swans live on a pond in the grounds of the garden centre. We saw the pen and 7 cygnets, feasting on duckweed, an easy meal! We never saw the cob, hope he is OK.
