Just in time

After a heavy morning digging heavy soil with the Green Gym, I treated myself to a cup of tea with lemon and a cheese scone in JL.  The free voucher ran out today and I wasn't going to waste it.
Popped over to see my optician to have glasses adjusted and to make an appointment as since my last visit in January the vision in my left eye has become more distorted (Macular Hole developing) and I am booked in for a 4D examination next week to check if further action required.
