Little photographer

We ventured into Rouen today - so pleased we did.  Getting there and getting parked was a little hair-raising, in that driving in the centre of a French city kind of way (and it was me driving today).  Once in, we got some (limited) culture in visiting the church of Joan d'arc, had an amble around the town and then settled on lunch.  We needed it - it was that, if we don't find food, there will be an argument kind of needing food. Great (and not too expensive) lunch, including ice-cream for the boys and we were fully re-charged ready for some window shopping - one of my favourite ever activities.  

The eldest stole my camera and I have a huge selection of slightly strange and wildly amusing pictures - some are pretty good as well.  I love this one of him taking a picture of himself in a shop window - with one of the may churches / Cathedral's in the background.  

Getting out of Rouen was pretty much as hair-raising as getting in, but we made it. 

Dieppe tomorrow to visit the beach and sea-side.
