In The Making.........!!!

The Rhubarb and Strawberry Cake is made and as I take the picture my ice-cream machine is churning the Rhubarb & Strawberry Ice-Cream....but I think it will be more like frozen yoghurt as there is no cream in this one just vanilla yoghurt...!
Anyway it’s something different ...haven’t made it before.
Thankfully for Mel’s sake we escaped the storms yesterday..!
Another good day today...a little duller but warm...!
