One World Garden
A visit to Hylands House in Chelmsford included a walk around this garden; the One World Garden. Constructed in 2007 to commemorate the Centennial World Scout Jamboree. This is a view near the end of the garden, which goes through to an open field. Despite on/off rain, I was in good company, and good food was eaten. I think this one of the best thought-out modern gardens I have ever visited. It is a smallish garden, yet you are taken on journey through numerous twists and turns, all of which have different carefully constructed focal points. It was a joy, even on this showery day.
