My first blip!

I thought that it was about high time that I introduced the world of blip to the baby of the family. She is such a contented wee soul although unlike her elder sister, she cannot be bribed by the promise of chocolate to pose!

Had a wee duvet day today, woke up choked with the cold and as I am heading to the Lake District next week for a well earned week off, I wanted to banish it as far away and out of sight as the deepest vault in Gringots!

I am always amazed by the world of social networking. Today I made friends with a fellow Workcycles afficionado all the way from the San Francisco. He rides a Secret Service model and has recently taken delivery of a GR8 in mint green for his husband. Judging by the picture, it is exactly like the one I have ordered, down to the back brake and the front carrire. I have been a bit nervous after buying a bike that I have never ridden but he assured me that it is an absolute pleasure to pedal. Now I am more excited than ever - 6 weeks to go!
