Is that a cake or a meringue?

It's been two years since Jo and I eloped to Gretna Green and got married. Right about this time we were sitting in Orroland lodge with a massive log fire going, good tunes, a few wee drams and most importantly, the company of a few great friends and family. It was, without a doubt, one of the best days of my life.

As a wee celebration, we had a nice dinner in the house followed by this lovely meringue.
