Today's the day .......................... to get soaked

Today we gave up waiting for it to rain and Will took matters into his own hands.

The sun was so hot by the middle of the afternoon and we were surrounded by wilting plants.  It's such an unusual occurrence here - not one we usually have to cope with.  I got soaked three times trying to get into the right position for a photograph - but it was worth it. 

Actually, I'd forgotten how much fun these garden sprays are.  No wonder kids love them ...........................
