Green Fingers?

Maybe there’s nothing like being adventurous in the garden, but I cannot really claim intended success in having this rose in bloom at the top of a 20ft high conifer tree close to our front door.

Yet there we are. A cluster of roses in bloom above the top of the tree. Somehow the rose has climbed the entire height of the tree, hidden in the foliage, only to burst forth at the very top.

Green fingers ? No more like incredible luck. Yet magnificent.
