Another hot day...

but enjoyed a short walk to the beach, which is bigger than ever with so little water in the Loch and river.
The Ringed Plover were scuttling along the shoreline, having nested nearby.
On the way home, noticed a bird sitting on wires, then dropping to the ground, then repeating whole process several times. From its shape and behaviour, reckoned it was a Cuckoo. Zooming in ,showed it was, so in extra.
