Brodgar (Day 1147)

Today has been spent ripping out a really badly installed en-suite shower room. Whoever thought that making a shelf in the shower out of tiled plasterboard was a good idea needs taken out and shot. It is all a bit damp.
Good progress was made and I will start putting it all back together again. 
Back at home and after dinner with my beautiful wife, we got the dogs into the car and headed off to the Stones of Stenness where we met  Silverback, legs and a T.rex (see the extras). From the Stones of Stenness, and in a bid to escape the clutches of a dinosaur we zoomed along the road to Brodgar and had a wander round the stones whilst the woofers looked for things to murder in the long grass. 
Still trying to evade the dinosaur, we made for the perfect peace of Happy Valley, a place that always moves me. 
It has been a good day.
