Wasp? Bee? Hoverfly?

I have just spent a very frustrating 90 minutes on the Internet trying to identify this insect.

The best I can come up with is a Wasp Mimicking Bee (Hyleoides concinna). I really don't know whether I am right or not. But I'm fed-up with looking.
