Two in a day

I managed to get two carriage clocks dismantled cleaned and serviced in a day. They are both French but the one with with the large winder is a Bayard clock with a very individual style of mechanism. I did the first before going into town and the second in the late afternoon.  I couldn't have done so if I had encountered any problems.  It meant I was able to find time to meet friends in town as well as enjoy the England match.  A walk has been saved for the cool of the evening.
