Day 10 -- Scarred For Life

Thank God for the fan in the room. It meant that we were able to sleep.

Breakfast and then a call to the taxi firm we used to get to the airport at the start of the holiday.
Another super driver - really friendly and chatty (what a change from last night) ………...and there within minutes (If you need a taxi in the Manchester area I would recommend Scotts).
The fee? - because it was from an 'airport' hotel it was the fixed airport fee of £12.50 to/from Sale.


It was a drink of juice and a chat with Sophie and then back in the car and head for home.
It was nice to feel comfortable (and relatively safe) driving again.
We stopped at Tebay services for a lovely 'Home Made' not mass produced in a factory and reheated lunch.


First thing on getting home …………… a decent cup of tea!
