Purpling up nicely!

A beautiful day high up on this moorland, with the Bell Heather blooming and the Ling just starting. Had a lovely walk in this long meadow grass, with Ringlets, Meadow Browns and Tortoiseshells fluttering everywhere.
Temperatures were in the mid 20s, but luckily there was a refreshing breeze.
