Balance

This morning we popped in to Chichester first thing. The streets were still quiet and the warmth of the summer's day, yet to be fully realised. People wandered relaxed, a flautist played in the street and flowers in window boxes brightened the streets.

Andy walked the walls of the old town and listened to a talk about an archeological excavation taking place in Priory Park. I visited a fantastic juice bar with a beautiful flower filled courtyard and decided on a new morning and evening routine to try to start and end my day in a balanced and relaxed way. Later, as we wandered we spotted these two persons - they reminded me of the children's television character 'Bod'.

An afternoon clearing rubbish from my allotment. Later listening to a podcast by Roshi Joan Halifax who was speaking about her new book 'Standing at the Edge'. I can't wait to read it but it is currently out of stock in the UK.

Wishing you all a lovely evening and peaceful Sunday.
