Usher Hall

I was back in Edinburgh today in the Usher Hall. This time I was on the stage - right behind the percussion section so we got quite an earful! I enjoyed getting to know some of the ladies in the chorus today as you don't always get to chat to folk in rehearsals.

The concert went really well. It was such a buzz playing such a famous work with such a fabulous orchestra. I was amazed when they got to mental parts of the piece and the expression on their faces just didn't change - mine normally switches to one of mild panic. They're that good! It was lovely catching up with my school friend Finlay after the concert.
