A Better Afternoon

We played Scrabble this afternoon, mom and I.  First time for a few  months and we managed well and had a fun time.  Scores were quite close today.  I did have to go and get her up at lunchtime to come for her meal, but she was quite cheerful after that.  Better when there are only the four of us.

Very hot here again today.
