Hendstock Boxing Day

We were up and about surprisingly early. there was a lot of work to do to get the house and garden back in order. Thankfully we had an army of helpers willing to pick up, take down, wash up, clean and pack away. in return, I cooked bacon and sausages. It has become a bit of a Hendstock tradition.

I have virtually no voice today which is tiring in itself. After everyone left this afternoon, I went to bed and slept for an hour and a half. This evening, the Leech's and Priors came back and Sam cooked us all a Thai feast. Tom and Helen are still here so it was dinner for 14.  It was the perfect end to a brilliant weekend.
