Almond

Went for a walk this morning from Cramond to Barnton along the River Almond. The river was full of wildlife we even saw a kingfisher on two separate occasions.
This is the old Cramond Brig at Barnton, at the other end of the walk, at the pool by the falls, there were two swans, a heron,18 mallards and a young dipper.
I also spotted far too much Himalayan Balsam and giant hogweed both of which are a cause for concern.
