Also known as the bike shop and yes I'm skulking round the back and this is a rim shot! A woman appeared with a toddler in arms asking if I was from the council taking pictures as next door want a porch! I wasn't sure if she was the Mother or the Grandmother so I said nothing :-/

Two years ago today we drove to Cumbria and picked up our dog from the rescue home she'd found herself in. As we got out of the car a pack of dogs eagerly galloped towards us engulfing us enthusiastically. I felt a positive yet gentle lick to my hand, a 'flick lick', I looked down and it was from the dog we'd come to collect. The love had begun. We'd lived in a flat in London and then in rented before we bought our house here. It was just three weeks after we moved in that the dog moved in too.
I've just checked with MrP, we're in agreement. The best two years of our lives.
