Grown from seed

After 48 hours of blessed rain, these dwarf sunflowers are just beginning to open, and the garden pond is refilled! Now I'd quite like it to stop again for a little while - or save the heavy showers for nighttime. Still, it is good to have rain. Glad the 40-50 mph gales have abated.

Shopped and lunched in Plymouth today, as it was certainly not beach weather!
