Lures

These are just a few of my large collection of lures. I used to buy them because they looked good but more recently I have been doing research before parting with my cash. Sadly flash photography just doesn't do the vibrancy of the colours justice.

Tomorrow I am going to get up early and go fishing, weather permitting. My plan is not to go across the bay but rather just up Lota Creek where I sometimes take my kayak. I should be able to drift along in the current and cast lures into the mangroves. I might even put out a few crab pots.

Here is a blip challenge. What lure should I use? Keeping in mind that bigger isn't always better and smaller can sometimes get swallowed.

This had been a productive morning. My boat is ready to go fishing, and I mowed the back lawn. In the process I must have lost some weight through sweating buckets. It is so hot here.

I also got to sleep in which was nice but again, a bit hot.
