There's a light that never goes out

Well this light most probably does go out. I presume it is not light a fridge light that only goes on when you open the door. Or does it?
This is in the loos in the new Las Iguanas restaurant in Aberdeen, where Latin food is the specialty. Not only food but the drinks also. about 6 different types of tequila, and beer from Brazil, Mexico, Peru etc.
