This, as far, as I can tell, is a legitimate billboard for a higher clinic, which in Ethiopia, means a private clinic with at least one specialist working at it. Check out the photo in the centre. Isn't that George W holding a baby, with one looking only slightly more repulsed than the other. W looks like he might want to drop it down a well, and the baby looks like it would prefer to be dropped down a well. It just struck me as hilarious.

Also note the "free redical removal" Does that mean that chelation therapy has even come to Ethiopia. Oh, the horror.
