Heads, shoulders, knees and toes...

As I walked through the Glades mall after gym this morning, I saw others also keeping fit. I've seen the poster advertising the "Heads, shoulders, knees and toes" children's event during July and August and it was good to watch it today. Sponsored by Life Systems and very interactive.

The rain has been pretty much full on all day. So, good for ironing and other household tasks and D has done a wonderful job on the bathrooms.....thank you!
