After the Rain

.... well more rain but not until after a nice sunny morning.  Almost chilly early and late.

Jamie had a friend around for the day so we saw little of him.  Jacinta resting before the afternoon hospital trip so when not making meals and clearing up I continued on the bulb marathon.  Autumn crocus, colchicum and narcissus done, now I'm working on miscellaneous others.  Just the spring crocus to do after that.  It's a kind of harvest time, discovering how things have increased .... or not.  Another kind of harvest today too.  I brought two carrier bags full of onions home from the allotment, now drying in the garden here before storage.

The agapanthus are in flower now, not their best year as the heat and drought have stressed the flowers.  Still looking good though.
