Mr L still struggling with his knees but managed a couple of hides at the Reserve. Not a brilliant photo, I’m not sure why my camera is not playing as nicely as it used to, but there was a pair of Great White Egrets on a distant island.

Also got a fair shot of the train as we waited at the crossing (extra) before a coffee and cake at the End of the Line cafe. Diet is on hold until after the bank holiday!
