Dreary....depends on what you see..

There is something so wonderful about such big skies...even when they are full of clouds. With the wind blowing hard and the rain making angles on the horizon such big places of open ground still make your eyes strain. The colours and textures that surround you as you travel make it hard to concentrate, every corner, every straight road offers up another beautiful view.

On our way to visit the family....so that will be endless cups of tea...some good food and some even better laughs...

So the weather was forecast for horrible stuff...who cares when you can hide inside and be with the people you love... after driving past wonderful scenery on the way!
