ladybird, ladybird

There were myriads of bugs in the garden today (see additional photos). In the shrubbery, I saw a spider spinning a web and on one of the threads, I saw this intrepid little ladybug.
He had been caught up in the web and was probably on the menu! He kept twisting and turning, going into ungainly and unnatural poses to escape and finally……………. He did!

Sometimes we find ourselves in difficult places, unusual circumstances , and it is then we are tested. An African pastor once told me faith is not faith if it has not be tested, until that point it remains aspirational. This little guy had faith in bucket-loads!
