Crummock

We had lots of rain over night. This morning we went over to the Kirkstile for coffee and some people in there told us how the lake had risen and some of the paths and bridges were impassible.
We decided to take a slow walk to the lake, R and R did very well to make it there and back, (see an extra).
The other extra shows a similar view taken on 1st of August. (The first wet day we had had since the beautiful summer we had).
