Don't walk under ladders.

You may have to look twice, but there is a man up a ladder repairing the gutters.  There are tradesmen's vans parked everywhere (the electrician was yet to arrive when I took this photo).  And ladders?  There are ladders everywhere too; and pipes and tools and scaffolding and toilet pans and wires and bags of cement and plasterboard and, and , and....  People tell us that it will all come together, but at the moment it just seems like organised chaos. We did two runs with car and trailer again today, moving house in small pieces. We also gave the main bedroom its first coat of paint.  There is a long ay to go.
