Spoilt for choice

A tough choice today between 2 beautiful garden visitors. The Sparrowhawk is a different one to that from a couple of weeks ago and arrived at breakfast time as I was doing my bird count. Needless to say, there weren't many other birds around for a while.The Comma (extras) arrived a little later and was spotted by Mr PB - exactly where it was supposed to be, on the Sedum. I did my butterfly survey at Longshaw today but saw none at all. It was my last survey of the year. However, the good news is that finally, fungi are starting to fruit.
