Plas Glyn-y-Weddw
A grey start and early rain, nevertheless, I caught the train to Pwllheli and a bus towards Aberdaron, to visit an art gallery as recommended by Mambo, for a rainy day ! Well worth the visit, a beautiful old house, Plas Glyn Y Weddw, built in 1857 and fallen into disrepair, until renovated in 1980's to become the art gallery it is today with regular exhibitions of local and foreign artists. Wonderful works of art, but beyond my price range!
By 1.0pm, the sun had broken through and I took a walk through the ancient woodland, the Winllan, and had fantastic views of Tremadog Bay, saw a robin and possibly an orchid...not sure, one of my extras for Miranda's wild flower challenge, and a couple more of course:)
Huge thanks for the stars and hearts, so glad you are enjoying seeing what I have seen :))
