Rain doesn't stop play

A SLFG trip to Lincoln today, recording in the south-west part of the urban area. Much of the land that we walked over will be under housing in a few years, but some areas will be kept as nature reserves and green space. For the first time this year we botanised in persistent light rain, but this didn't deter us and we still managed to find over 240 species of plant, and make herbarium specimens of thirteen of them, including some berrying Lily-of-the-valley.
