Roofing

In the recent storms, I heard a banging and eventually tracked it down to a soffit banging in the wind.  Fortunately, our neighbour's friend who happens to be a retired builder was passing and he took a look and found that the barge board and rafter ends were rotten.  He offered to do the job at a very reasonable price and started today. I am grateful at having been able to resolve the problem so easily.
