Wine galore

It has been a busy day starting with a very early trip to the market followed by some bell ringing teaching. In the afternoon I had a final meeting with a counsellor and the administrative team to sort out arrangements for the festivities this weekend. Everything seems to be on track. Then it was off to the local Cave Cooperative to collect the 120 bottles of wine that have been gifted to us by one of the previous deputy mayors. They are a good quality local wine and they even have our own labels on them. They will be great mementos which we can offer to visitors this weekend and will no doubt make excellent quaffing!
This evening a friend is coming round to help me write a press release for the local paper.
