Small Copper

Another wonderful morning so I headed off to Calke Abbey.

I love the grounds of this fabulous Derbyshire National Trust property. I love the peace and extensive views, the wildlife, the friendliness. (You always end up chatting, to the gardeners, other photographers, friendly families.)

Butterflies, amazing light, charming colours. Just magic.

The co operative Small Copper was my final choice, but I had to include my friendly autumn squirrel as an extra along with their amazing pumpkins.
