Today, wandering around the Peak District, we came cross beautiful sights (see extra), funny signs (see other extra) and some fascinating people. We met Pat, selling the most exquisite hand-made jewellery. Pat was previously a surgeon and tutor of medicine who, from an early age, wanted to follow the art route through life. Medicine took up most of his working life but now he spends his time making jewellery out of silver and titanium. And he smiles a lot. People have great stories!
