Sunset flight

Loch Striven as the sun sets on the first day after the clocks change. It's almost completely silent on this windless afternoon, so that I can actually hear the sound of that lone bird's wings as it flies up the loch. We've walked here because quite apart from being very lovely, this shore of the loch gets the last possible sun at sea level, and from now until March we're going to be chasing the last of the sun back down the road if we go out in the afternoon.

I've added a couple of extras of basically the same scene - Arran's in one of them, and the other is just rather lovely.
