Not Attractive

Samantha sent me this, I suppose I could use it to frighten smaller children, not an attractive picture!!
Back to normal today, struggled to get up but had a reasonable day at work. Returned to the gym after a week away, the normal run left me feeling slightly uncomfortable, no doubt I will get back in to the swing of it,
Finally reading and enjoying "War Horse".
