Noise in the system

Lots of it today. Work wise. Health wise (other peoples’ not mine). Parcel delivery wise. Travel wise. In fact the day was difficult for the ones I love, particularly for TSM who seems to be fighting battles on all fronts this week.

Had lunch in the strangest little pop up cafe in The Guildford Institute - the blip doesn’t do it justice, it was like one of those wartime workers canteens with everything from lorry drivers to chaplains in it.

Messages for the day:

- Virtual hugs for the Yoga Mama and wishing her well
- Sending good vibes to The Girl Racer who has a big day on the work front
- Closely watching the mid terms in the US and hoping Tuesday will be their good news day ...

Then a bit of peace and quiet would be welcome ... silence is most definitely requested.
