Autumn reflections

On our way back from church, we stopped off at the Veterans Memorial in Towne Square in Blue Ash, to pay our respects in honour of Remembrance Sunday and Veterans Day tomorrow. The memorial comprises 11 life-size sculptures representing wars from the American Revolution up to the Persian Gulf War and the War onTerror. There had been a ceremony there that morning while we were at church. I’ve included the statue representing World War I as an extra.
It was a fairly sunny day, so after lunch we went hiking at Rowe Woods, where my Blip was taken. The path was really muddy in places, so we came back with muddy boots!
