Curlew

This afternoon we went by train towards Southport and got off at Hall Road where there is a lovely walk along the River Mersey and then the River Alt. The sun and wind were behind us and as the sun was low in the sky it was great for lighting up the wading birds. This was taken with my bridge camera at full zoom (1200) hand held and cropped.
