Back-Blip Time !
Well I do hope I have not raised too many expectations -the mysterious trip was a visit to Iceland !
No not the shop - the wonderful island paradise.
I have always wanted to go and we were based in a super hotel in Rekyavik (front of picture).

Find all the colours and shapes of the buildings so attractive. This is the view from the top of the Hallgrimskirkja, a church that is like a cathedral, towards the harbour- a superb building.

The start of our first visit to Iceland - such a grand welcome from everyone - translated as :
