still completely frozen at 3.30pm!

busy day broken at 2.30 by a wonderful indian head massage, that turned out to be a shoulder, neck, face and head massage. I almost fell asleep sitting in the chair! home and popped out to the front garden to get this quick blip.

had to dash out again as Iain's shopping buddy was away on a computer course so had to take him to Tesco. home now for tea and blip before aquafit.

hope every one has stayed warm today. it was flippin freezing! ask this little plant - at least we weren't covered in frost all day!!
