A call at 9 am has changed plans. A cancellation means I’ve been moved up the list and the operation will take place today. No time to think about it, good!

Well it’s done.  Thanks for all of the kind wishes.  Now enjoying the ward hospitality post op.  Feeling. Ok.  I have a few tubes to take account of but other than that feel remarkably well.  Now for recovery! (See extra)
